Our ultimate goal is to develop large scale sustainable resources such as large water pans that can collect and store over 5 million liters of rainwater from surface runoff for large-scale irrigation and year-round productivity. We also need high capacity pumping and piping systems to deliver the water where the farmer needs it, whenever it is needed.

These capital-intensive assets are built to last at least 7–15 years, generating returns far beyond the initial investment. We have chosen to collaborate with private contributors like you who provide the upfront capital for development. Tenant farmers on the other hand pay a monthly fee to access the infrastructure allowing contributors to be paid back the initial investment plus a healthy profit. Being a commercial farm rented by people with different goals and schedules, developing a piece of infrastructure is not enough – usually a secondary one is necessary for backup to ensure continuity during emergencies or routine maintenance.
