Sufficient Land Available
Rent farmland that fits your needs — from 1 to 20 acres. Each lease runs a full year, based on the start month (e.g. March 2025 to March 2026). This gives you sufficient time for multiple crop seasons. You can easily scale up or down in future seasons since land is available. Support services such as water, continuous soil tests and crop/worker monitoring are billed separately based on usage, with transparent rates provided in your quote.

Rich Soils
The area has deep black cotton soil which ideal for high-value horticultural crops such as Onions, Tomatoes, French beans, Watermelons, and Carrots. We include free soil testing for pH and critical nutrients like Nitrogen(N), Phosphorous(P) and Potassium(K) to guide your fertilizer, foliar and other input choices, so that you can maximize yields. We do these tests every two weeks, throughout the season or whenever you need.

Agribusiness Infrastructure
We have a well developed agribusiness infrastructure that we constantly upgrade. It includes things like large water pans for long-term storage of irrigation water, pumping systems for sourcing water and delivery to individual, storage facilities, security apparatus such as CCTV.

Well-Rounded Support
We connect you with all the resources you need including experienced casual laborers for tasks such as transplanting and weeding and mechanized service providers for land preparation and other essential tasks. We also offer full farm management in exchange for 10% of the harvest.
