These capital-intensive assets are built to last at least 7–10 years, generating returns far beyond the initial investment. To fund them, we collaborate with private contributors who provide the upfront capital and we pay out generous profit.

Profit margin: Pre-agreed and paid in 4-month instalments
Risk level: Mitigated by physical assets and recurring rental income from land users

We have drilled a borehole on site capable of producing 5000 liters per hour. Its powered via solar panels so it produces every day without additional fuel costs. This borehole’s capacity covers 5-7 acres of irrigation under sprinklers. Currently, three clients are using the borehole for onion farming.
