Land Rental Terms
Rent farmland that fits your needs — from 1 to 20 acres. Each lease runs a full year, based on the start month (e.g. March 2025 to March 2026). This gives you sufficient time for multiple crop seasons. You can easily scale up or down in future seasons since land is available. Support services such as water, soil tests and crop/worker monitoring are billed separately based on usage, with transparent rates provided in your quote.

Rich Soils
The rich black cotton soil is ideal for high-value horticultural crops such as onions, tomatoes, French beans, watermelons, and carrots. We include free soil testing for pH and critical nutrients like Nitrogen(N), Phosphorous(P) and Potassium(K) to guide your planting and fertilizer choices, so that you can maximize yields rather than doing things randomly. Tests can be done before planting and at key stages throughout the season.

Water Access
Our water systems deliver directly to your chosen portion. You only need to set up rain hoses, sprinklers or other irrigation systems inside your section. Both standard and high-pressure supply options are available, ensuring reliable water for your crops year-round.

Well-Rounded Support
We connect you with all the resources you need including experienced casual laborers for tasks such as transplanting and weeding and mechanized service providers for land preparation and other essential tasks.
